Since the late 1960’s, the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) has been in existence within the Los Angeles Community College District.

BFSA has evolved over the years and continues to thrive. Our association offers a community platform for staff, faculty, and students to learn from one other. Our community aims to create faculty and staff networks and connections with students, advocates for employees of African descent, and brings Pan African cultural events and activities to LATTC. In efforts to help others become a part of our community, there are events and programs hosted throughout the year. It is our goal that you will become part of our village. We are family here, and we hope that you will join us and become a member of the BFSA community!
